U.S. Mapping

You must work alone on this webquest. You may use the map above to help you with your USA Map Project, too.


TASK 1:
Write "TASK 1" on your paper.

Click the "U.S. Capitals" button below.
Click "Capitals".
Read the name of the capital city in RED on top of the map.
Drag the star to the state in which that capital is located.

TASK 2:
Write "TASK 2" on your paper.

Click the "Map Key Game" button below.
Watch the video, play the game, and answer the two questions:

1) Draw the symbol for a tree.
2) How long did it take you to play the game?

Write "TASK 3" on your paper.

Click the "Uncle Sam's Farm" button below.
     Click, "Play Game".
     First, highlight the words in the blue box to find the clue.
     Next, "pick" the correct grid coordinates.
     Complete all 10.
